Lita Keysha Sues for Divorce from Her Husband Who is a Candidate for the Konawe Regent, The Cause Becomes a Spotlight

The owner of the music video for the single titled 'Hanya Aku Satu', created by Pasha and several other singles, is suing her husband, Amir, due to an illicit relationship with another woman while Lita's marital status remains as his legitimate wife.

“Today is the first hearing of my divorce lawsuit against my husband because between us as husband and wife there has continuously been disputes and arguments and there is no hope for a harmonious life in our household.”, stated Lita Keysha who was accompanied by her attorney, Oky Utomo, SH., CLA after the Divorce Lawsuit Hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (30/07).

1. Cannot Be Sustained

2. Not Attended by Husband

“Lita has several pieces of evidence that allegedly point to Amir's illicit relationship with another woman while Lita's marital status was still as his legitimate wife, and this deeply hurts our family's feelings,” explained Herwin Fatahudin, Lita Keysha's biological brother, who accompanied his sister to provide moral support regarding the case affecting the singer who once collaborated with Charly Van Houten to release the ballad song Terlalu Perih.

The first trial of the divorce lawsuit filed by the owner of the blue checkmark Instagram account with 85.9 thousand followers at the South Jakarta Religious Court was not attended by Amir as the defendant or his legal representative.

“Today, the plaintiff or petitioner attended the trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court with the agenda of examination or the first trial stage, but the defendant did not attend today, thus the trial will continue next week,” concluded Oky Utomo, Lita Keysha's legal counsel.
