Maxime Bouttier openly admits to feeling insecure dating Luna Maya

Luna Maya and Maxime have been dating for 2 years, and they are said to be very compatible. However, Maxime admitted to feeling insecure during the early stages of his relationship with Luna Maya. Read the full story below!

"Yes, definitely (insecure), always when there's an event, insecurity seems normal. But with her, she is at a personal level that really needs to be open. I am very private. Insecurity is," said Maxime Bouttier at the FYP event as reported by the TRANS7 OFFICIAL YouTube channel, on Wednesday (13/11/2024).

Maxime also felt uncomfortable with his residence in Jagakarsa, which he thought was not comparable to Luna's house. However, as time went by and they got to know each other better, Maxime began to realize that this insecurity was unnecessary.

"Jagakarsa is not (inferior because of) the area. My house there is small," he explained.

Maxime, who is younger than Luna, felt inferior when he saw Luna's more luxurious car and house. "At first, yes (insecure), I was picked up by him, his car was like, 'wow'. Then he asked, 'Do you want to pick me up?'. 'Ehm, just use your (car)," said Maxime.

"Now I really don’t care. Materially, I’m not that into it, more into guitars, technology, rather than in fields that make the public go wow," said the 31-year-old actor.

Maxime and Luna have a calm relationship, and many wish for both of them to take a serious step forward. If not now, when?
