Realizing that climbing requires excellent stamina and physical strength, Mayang admits that she has started a series of intensive training. One of her main training routines is running on a treadmill with an incline mode.
"I’m mostly focusing on physical preparation. Gradually starting with the treadmill, the incline treadmill that goes uphill, because that’s in line with what we’ll face when hiking, right?" said Mayang when met at Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, West Java, Tuesday (11/11/2025).
