Mediation Failed, Inara Rusli Demands Custody Rights and Royalties from Virgoun

Kapanlagi.com - The mediation hearing between Virgoun and Inara Rusli is known to have failed due to the lack of a common ground between the two parties. Therefore, the divorce hearing held at the West Jakarta Religious Court continued to the agenda of reading the lawsuit.

Inara Rusli's legal team, Mulkan Let Let, said after the hearing on Wednesday (14/6) that his client had presented several points in her lawsuit. Some of these points include issues of custody rights, royalties for several songs, cars, land, and houses.

"Yes, there are about 11 points. There are several things we demand related to custody rights, joint assets, iddah rights, and royalties that we submit in relation to joint assets. Then vehicles, houses, land, and others," said Mulkan Let Let.

1. Ask Virgoun to Keep Distance from Child

Mulkan also denied the assumption that Inara limited Virgoun's access to their child. However, he did not deny that Inara asked for the child to maintain distance from Virgoun.

"If not for this, when Starla's birthday comes this month, Virgoun can come and meet (the child), there are no restrictions," he said.

"Yes, there are restrictions, we ask to keep distance between Virgoun and the child. The child is also included in the concept of the case. Because there is a dispute over custody of the child," he continued.

2. Inara Ready for Divorce

Furthermore, when asked further, Mulkan stated that his client is ready to face divorce. Therefore, besides taking care of her child, Inara is now also busy with various work activities.

"Inara has been mentally prepared since the beginning of filing the lawsuit," he said.
