Mediation of Nikita Mirzani and Reza Gladys Marked by Chaos, Leading to a Walk Out

The main trigger of this commotion turned out to stem from the issue of legal standing of Reza Gladys's lawyer. Marulitua found a fatal irregularity when examining the Special Power of Attorney brought by the defendant's camp, where the case number listed did not correspond to the case being tried.

"The defendant's legal counsel does not have legal standing. Their Power of Attorney is not for case number 1000/Pdt.G/2025. What they are using is a letter for the breach of contract case number 389, which has been officially revoked," explained Marulitua Sianturi in front of the media crew.

Instead of calmly correcting the administrative error, the response from the opposing party only made the situation more uncontrollable. The beauty doctor’s camp was reported to have left the room while expressing their emotions, an action that was greatly regretted by Nikita's side as it was deemed disrespectful to the court institution.

"They walked out, just shouted and left like that. In my opinion, that is unethical. We are in court, we must respect the process," said Marulitua recounting the chronology of events.

On the other hand, Marulitua also dismissed the negative assumption that his side was deliberately seeking sensationalism or a stage through press conferences and live broadcasts on social media. He emphasized that all steps taken were purely based on legal corridors, principles, and theories that can be accounted for with references.

Regarding the mediation that ended in a deadlock, Nikita's side fully entrusted the decision to the mediator, but still demanded the correct administrative completeness from the opposing party.

"I convey, if this mediation is at a deadlock, then it is the authority of the mediator. But please request the Special Power of Attorney that corresponds to the case of Unlawful Acts number 1000/Pdt.G/2025," said Marulitua Sianturi reiterating.

As information, the artist commonly known as Nyai is serious in fighting for her rights by filing a lawsuit for Unlawful Acts (PMH) worth a fantastic amount, namely Rp244 billion. The lawsuit with case number 1000/PDT/2025 was filed in order to obtain a sense of justice for Nikita.

Nikita's other attorney, Andi Syarifuddin, explained that the root of this problem began from a collaboration for endorsing beauty products that did not go smoothly. Nikita, who was supposed to review the products positively, instead found the contract unilaterally canceled and was even brought to the criminal realm by Reza Gladys, which ultimately triggered this counter lawsuit.
