Melisha Sidabutar's Grave Dismantled and Moved Next to Melitha Sidabutar, Here's the Reason from the Family

Kapanlagi.com - Melitha Sidabutar was buried on Thursday afternoon (11/4/2024) in San Diego Hills, Karawang, West Java. She was buried next to her twin sister, Melisha Sidabutar, who passed away three and a half years ago.

Previously, Melisha's grave was located in TPU Pendurenan, Bekasi, West Java. However, it was intentionally dismantled to relocate her remains to San Diego Hills.

"Our family supervised the dismantling of Melisha Sidabutar's body and its relocation to San Diego Hills. So, the graves of these siblings will be next to each other," said Tio Marta Sidabutar, representing the family, when met at TPU Pendurenan, Bekasi, West Java.

1. Not the Last Request from Melitha

The transfer of Melisha Sidabutar's grave was initiated by her late parents. It was not based on Melitha Sidabutar's last request who passed away on Monday (8/4/2024) due to heart failure.

"No, it's not Melitha's request. Since her death was sudden, it's impossible for her to ask for that. It was Mama and Papa who initiated it," said Tio Marta Sidabutar.

2. To Make Pilgrimage Easier

Apparently, the reason for the transfer is to make it easier for the family to visit in the future. Because the twin siblings' graves have been buried in the same location.

"(The transfer of the grave) is to make it easier for pilgrimage. So, it's all in one place. Maybe it's also neater and nicer there," concluded Tio Marta Sidabutar.
