Singer Ratu Meta also mourns the death of her ex-husband, Eddy Faisal, who passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021.

"I received news from his son, he called and said that Mr. Eddy passed away this morning due to a heart condition," said Ratu Meta when contacted. Upon hearing the sad news, Ratu Meta immediately rushed to the funeral home to pay her respects.

She, who was once in conflict with her ex-husband, stated that she has already forgotten their conflicts with Eddy Faisal. She also apologized if she had made any mistakes.

"I personally am not a vengeful person, moreover, it's a problem from the past, there's no need to bring it up again because he is already at peace, has been called by Allah, his mistakes have been forgiven. If I have made any intentional or unintentional mistakes, please forgive me," she said.

Ratu Meta married Eddy Faisal on July 10, 2019. Only 3 months into the marriage, Ratu Meta filed for divorce by submitting a divorce lawsuit in the South Jakarta Religious Court.
