Much Calmer Now, Wanda Hamidah Will Apologize and Compensate for the Damage to Her Ex-Husband's House

The issue is now being handled by the Depok Metro Police, West Java, after Wanda Hamidah's ex-husband reported it. Wanda Hamidah is ready to undergo all legal processes for the problem she has caused.

"And as my client Wanda has stated on her social media, friends can quote the chronology like that," said Tegar Putuhena, Wanda Hamidah's lawyer when met in Tebet, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/5).

"There is indeed a background story from the incident where she did something driven by emotional and frustration because she could not meet her child," Tegar Putuhena added.

1. Wanda Hamidah's Frustration

Everything Wanda Hamidah did was because she was already emotionally triggered by not being able to bring her son, Malakai. However, the court ruling has already been established that from Monday to Friday, the child is with Wanda and on Saturday to Sunday, the child is with his ex-husband.

"And I think any mother anywhere might experience frustration if they can't meet their child. There are many stories and incidents of custody rights being taken away from mothers so they can't do anything," said Tegar.

"Maybe that's what filled my client's mind so she did the things we know. Maybe there's a fear of losing her son," Putra continued.

2. Will Compensate

For what has already been done, Wanda Hamidah will take responsibility and compensate for the damage she caused at her ex-husband's house.

"Then she promised that all losses arising from me, I will compensate, I am ready to take responsibility, it has all been done. This means that Wanda is already clearer in thinking like that," she concluded.

"Already somewhat calm, even after the incident I have conveyed an apology to my ex-husband because of being emotional," she added.
