Nikita Mirzani still includes Laura Maizani, or affectionately called Lolly, in the family card. This fact was revealed by Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's legal counsel, when met in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
Fahmi emphasized that Lolly remains legally recognized as Nikita's child. "Lolly is still Nikita Mirzani's child to this moment, at this hour, and has never been crossed out from the family card," he asserted on Saturday (21/9/2024).
Fahmi explained that Nikita never requested to remove Lolly from the family card. Fahmi also added that the process of removing a name from the family card is not an easy matter.
"Because if it's crossed out, it definitely involves me, because I am someone who understands the law, knows the process of removing someone from the family card because it involves a civil registry determination, it's not that simple," he stated.
Fahmi ensured that the documents he possesses show that Laura's name is still listed as Nikita's first child, and there have been no changes to the family card.
"But the documents given to me still show the family card of Nikita's first child, her name is Laura, still (listed) with no changes," he explained.
Indeed, Nikita once stated that she had removed Lolly's name from the family card and the heirs. However, Fahmi considers that statement to be a bluff and one of the methods in educating Lolly.Â
"If there have been issues circulating, perhaps that's a way of educating someone. It's about how a mother or parent educates a child," he added.
Fahmi's statement emphasizes that although there are differing reports, Lolly's status as Nikita Mirzani's child remains unchanged in official documents.Â
The decision to keep Lolly listed in the family card reflects Nikita's attitude as a mother who remains responsible.
