Nikita Mirzani Confused About Not Receiving a Letter of Her Appointment as a Suspect

Kapanlagi.com - A letter has circulated among journalists stating that Nikita Mirzani has now been appointed as a suspect in the defamation case reported by Dito Mahendra. The letter was issued by the Serang Kota Police on June 13, 2022, stating that Nikita Mirzani has been appointed as a suspect.

Knowing about the news, the mother of three admitted to being confused, as she has not yet received the letter and instead found out from the media.

"I also have a date on the 13th, but as a witness, sent on the 10th," said Niki when met at her home in Petukangan Selatan, South Jakarta, on Friday (6/17).

That is why the former wife of Sajad Ukra feels confused because there are two different letters related to her status in the case issued by the Polresta Serang Kota.

"So I'm a bit confused, this is dated the 13th, sent on the 10th from Serang as a witness but you received it as a suspect. But on the 15th there was a police siege in Serang Banten?" she said.

2. Witness

Even if Nikita Mirzani's status as a suspect is true, on Wednesday (6/15) she went to the Polresta Serang Kota to fulfill the summons and at that time her status was still a witness.

"Even the Head of Public Relations himself said that I was being examined as a witness, clarification, but why is it being spread as a suspect? Is the letter real or fake?" she asked.

As a reminder, Nikita Mirzani was reported by Dito Mahendra, who allegedly claimed that Nikita Mirzani was the lover of Nindy Ayunda with the accusation of defamation through electronic media. The report was registered with the number LP/B/263/V/2022/SPKT.C/POLRESTA SERANG KOTAKOTA/POLDA BANTEN.

In the report, the police mentioned that it was related to Nikita Mirzani's Instagram story. Nikita Mirzani was charged with Article 27 Paragraph (3) jo Article 45 Paragraph (3) or Article 36 jo Article 51 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE, and Article 311 of the Criminal Code.
