Nikita Mirzani Once Brought Her Child into the Detention Center, Has a Special Room for Breastfeeding

Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani has been detained by the police since Friday (31/1) early morning at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Detention Center. Being in the detention center, Nikita cannot be with her child, especially little Arkana.

Arkana was known to follow his mother to the detention center shortly after Nikita was arrested. This is because Arkana still needs to receive breast milk from his mother.

The South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief, AKBP Irwan Susanto, stated that Nikita still has the right to take care of her child. "Nikita is temporarily staying at the police detention center because she is a detainee. Because she has a child, we facilitate her. Because taking care of this young child is also the responsibility of the parents," he said.

1. Have a Special Room

Irwan added, there is a special facility that is specifically provided for breastfeeding children. That room is also used by Nikita and Arkana.

"(Nikita and the child) are not placed in detention. Fortunately, our Detention and Evidence Unit has a special place for breastfeeding small children," he explained.

2. Transferred to the Prosecutor's Office

The plan is to transfer the assault case involving Nikita Mirzani to the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office next Monday (3/2).

"According to the latest coordination with the Prosecutor's Office, insha Allah on Monday (it will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office). Of course, in the process of handing over the suspect, there needs to be evidence, and we also prepare administrative documents. The Prosecutor's Office is also preparing several things that may need to be done after the transfer," said Irwan Susanto.
