Nikita Mirzani to Richard Lee Sued Heni Sagara, Unhappy Over Being Accused of Skincare Mafia

Kapanlagi.com - Heni Purnamasari, also known as Heni Sagara, finally spoke up regarding the skincare mafia accusations made by Oky Pratama, Richard Lee, and Nikita Mirzani. Unhappy with these accusations, Heni and her legal counsel are ready to take legal action.

Johannes Oberlin L. Tobing, Heni's lawyer, confirmed that they have sent a summons to the three individuals. If the summons is not responded to, they will immediately report this case to the police.

"We will report those three individuals OP, RL, and NM to the police," said Johannes during a press conference at Hotel Borobudur, Central Jakarta, Thursday (17/10/2024).

Heni admitted that she has held back all this time, even though various accusations have been made. According to her, the attacks are motivated by unhealthy business competition.

1. Choosing Silence

"The goal is to bring down my business, and this is an unhealthy business competition," said Heni.

For the past three weeks, Heni has chosen to remain silent and not respond to various accusations circulating on social media. She does not want this to affect her mental state and ultimately impact her children.

"I do not want to be influenced by the slander circulating because I am still in the recovery period after giving birth. I also need to maintain my mental and physical health to stay focused on my children," she explained.

Heni also emphasized that the accusations of skincare mafia have damaged her reputation and are a form of character assassination. "All of this is very cruel and clearly aims to bring down my business," she said.

2. Started from a Podcast

Her lawyer, Johannes, added that the skincare mafia allegations first emerged in a podcast hosted by Richard Lee and Oky. "We have researched all the podcasts and media they released. The term 'Skincare Mafia' is clearly mentioned in their statements," said Johannes.

Furthermore, Johannes also mentioned that the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) was drawn into the narrative constructed by the two doctors. "In fact, there has not been any definitive laboratory testing of the products from PT Ratansha Purnama Abadi and PT Sagara Purnama," he added.

Heni also clarified the accusation regarding the revocation of her pharmacist license. "My license is still active and has never been revoked. It is valid until November 18, 2027," Heni asserted.

Johannes emphasized that his client strongly objects to the accusations and is ready to fight for her rights through legal channels. "We will not remain silent. These accusations have tarnished our client's reputation and damaged her good name," he concluded.
