Nikita Mirzani's Condition Was Examined by a Doctor, Metro Jaya Police Ensure She Will Still Be Handed Over to the Prosecutor's Office

As the second phase of the alleged extortion case is handed over to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, the health condition of Nikita Mirzani has come under scrutiny. However, the Metro Jaya Police emphasized that the artist is not hospitalized and will still be handed over as scheduled.

The Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, explained that Nikita only experienced mild complaints and was examined directly by the police medical team.

"Yesterday, on Monday, we stated that she is not hospitalized. She is not hospitalized, only examined by doctors from the Metro Jaya Police due to complaints of pain, and the examination was completed on the same day," said Ade Ary when met at the Metro Jaya Police, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (3/6/2025).

The news that Nikita is sick sparked speculation that the legal process would be delayed. However, the police confirmed that this would not affect the plan to transfer the case to the prosecutor's office.

Ade Ary stated that the results of the medical examination showed that Nikita Mirzani's condition is stable and there are no concerning indications related to her complaints.

"It was just pain, then a check-up was conducted by the Metro Jaya police doctor and it was resolved immediately," he emphasized.

Thus, the Metro Jaya police confirmed that the legal process will continue as planned. Nikita Mirzani and her assistant, Mail Syahputra, will be handed over to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

"Investigators from the Cyber Crime Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police have received a P21 letter from the public prosecutors, stating that the case files are declared complete. Then the investigators communicated and coordinated, agreeing on the implementation of stage 2 for the handover of the suspects and evidence, which is agreed to take place the day after tomorrow, on Thursday, June 5, 2025," he explained.

According to an official statement from the police, there are no significant obstacles to continue the legal process. The health examination conducted was only preventive and did not require further action.

When asked about the current condition of Nikita and her assistant ahead of the stage two handover, Ade Ary answered briefly but confidently. "Healthy," he said.

The Metro Jaya Police also ensures that they will provide further updates regarding the developments of this case, including the results of the transfer to the Attorney General's Office later. "We will update you later," concluded Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi.
