This hearing was only attended by Baim Wong and his attorney, Fahmi Bachmid. Meanwhile, Paula was represented by her lawyer, Alvon Kurnia Palma. After the hearing, Fahmi Bachmid revealed that they had submitted 71 pieces of evidence.
"There are 71 pieces of evidence and the majority of the evidence is in video form. Next, in the following hearing, we will present evidence and witnesses," said Fahmi Bachmid at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Wednesday (4/12/2024).
"I will also present three experts, and this is serious; we will bring in three experts to provide opinions on the issues currently occurring, like that," Fahmi added.
Although the number of pieces of evidence submitted is quite large, Fahmi chose not to disclose the details of the evidence.
"Regarding other matters since it has entered the substance, I will not disclose. What is clear is that Muhammad Ibrahim (Baim Wong) has conveyed all the details regarding this video," he said.
In addition, Fahmi emphasized that there are several important videos that cannot be published. "There are several videos that I cannot disclose. The next agenda includes additional evidence and witnesses; I will present some witnesses, possibly also experts. But which one first, we will see later," he said.
