Not Only Cancer, Waty Siregar, Elma Theana's Mother, Also Has Other Long-standing Diseases

Kapanlagi.com - The condition of senior actress, Waty Siregar has not improved until now. In fact, Elma Theana's mother is said to not only have cancer, but also several other underlying illnesses that are also not in good condition. 

Elma said that recently, her mother has been experiencing pain throughout the day. And because of this condition, Waty is unable to undergo chemotherapy.

And recently, Waty was reported to have just fallen in the bathroom and made her faint. And when she woke up, her face was covered in blood from the wound caused by the impact with a hard object in the bathroom, and her left eye area is now bruised.    

1. Already Spread to the Lungs

Elma Theana revealed that the cancer that attacked her mother has now started to spread to the lungs. Not only cancer, Waty Siregar also suffers from other diseases that can be considered not mild. 

"Because of her condition, it's like this, she has cancer that has spread to the lungs, then there is calcification, acute joint pain, she has faced many trials," said Elma Theana when met at her residence in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (24/6) evening.

2. Relapse After 7 Years

Previously, Waty had undergone surgery to remove the cancer in her breast, followed by chemotherapy. However, she chose to stop chemotherapy after years, and from there the cancer in her body started to grow again. 

"Initially, the cancer in her breast was removed, but she was stubborn and didn't want to undergo chemotherapy. She said she was already thin, and if she underwent chemotherapy, she would become even thinner. She didn't want to do chemotherapy and instead focused on her diet. After 7 years, the cancer grew again. Initially, my mom experienced numbness on her left side, then on both sides, and eventually, everything swelled. We were confused and consulted 8 doctors. She had various illnesses, and we thought about how to handle it, but in the end, we just accepted it," said Elma.
