In the circulated decree number 3477/Pdt.G/2024/PA.JS, it is mentioned that Baim Wong was concerned about Paula's serious health condition.
Including the positive HIV allegation, which could impact their child custody rights.
The evidence is based on a response letter from Kramat 128 Hospital and the statements of two witnesses, Teuku Zacky Azwar and Putri Nur Rizki Mayang, who were aware of Paula's health examination results before marriage.
The doctor who examined Paula, Professor Zubairi Djoerban, could not attend as a witness in court due to the confidentiality of medical records and an agreement with the patient.
This information surfaced to the public through court documents uploaded by the Instagram account @nikmine17, which triggered controversy and widespread speculation in society.
Paula Verhoeven herself has not yet provided an official response regarding this allegation. She is known to have reported the alleged violation of the code of ethics by a judge of the South Jakarta Religious Court.
