Officially Divorced from Doddy Sudrajat and Granted Custody of Children, Puput Pujiarti: I'm So Relieved

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce lawsuit filed by Puput Pujiarti against Doddy Sudrajat has come to an end. Since Doddy never attended the trial, the judges finally made a default judgment.

In addition to the divorce lawsuit being granted, Puput also obtained custody of their daughter, Aisyah, which was her goal. As is known, they were blessed with a daughter named Aisyah from their marriage with Doddy.

"Today's trial agenda was the witness. After that, we requested a default judgment and it was immediately granted. The judges declared talak one against Ms. Puput, and then granted custody of the child under the care of Ms. Puput," said Halim Perdana Kusuma, the legal counsel, when met at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (11/4/2022).

1. Puput Pujiarti Admits Feeling Relieved

Puput Pujiarti did not attend the trial and was only represented by her lawyer. Upon hearing that some of her claims were granted, she felt extremely happy.

"Yes, thank God I was informed by my lawyer via phone that it's finished, the gavel has been struck. I feel relieved. The custody of my child also falls under my care, done, I am grateful. What I wanted has happened," said Puput when contacted via WhatsApp message.

2. Doddy Sudrajat Has No Job

Based on the trial result, the judges of the Central Jakarta Religious Court did not grant Puput Pujiarti's claim regarding child support. Because the judge felt that Doddy Sudrajat was unable to pay the requested amount every month.

"The child support was not granted because the defendant has no job. So, to provide a monthly child support of Rp 10 million, it might be difficult," said Halim.

3. Married in 2016

Puput Pujiarti and Doddy Sudrajat got married in 2016. At the time of marriage, they were both widowed and had children from their previous marriages.

From her marriage with Doddy, Puput was blessed with a daughter named Aisyah. After their divorce was finalized, Puput now has full custody of her five-year-old daughter.
