Officially Divorced from Renata Kusmanto, Fachri Albar Must Provide Minimum Alimony of 50 Million Per Month

Fachri Albar officially divorced from Renata Kusmanto after the panel of judges at the Tigaraksa Religious Court read their decision in February 2025. This legal process was quite short because Fachri was absent from the hearing, resulting in a default judgment.

"For the divorce case between Renata Kusmanto and Fachri Albar, it is registered under the number 702/PDTG/2025/PAtigaraksa dated January 23, 2025, via e-court. It was then decided on February 13, 2025, by default," explained the spokesperson of the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Ummi Azma, at her office on Monday (5/5/2025).

The divorce ruling issued by the panel of judges also determined that the custody of their two children is granted to Renata. This decision simultaneously emphasizes Fachri's responsibilities as a father in the form of monthly alimony.

"For this divorce lawsuit, the custody of the child is granted to the plaintiff, Renata Kusmanto as the biological mother, and the defendant is ordered to provide alimony for both children, with a minimum of 50 million each month," said Ummi Azma.

Not only did it terminate the marriage, but the court also ensured that the decision is final. Fachri did not file an objection or challenge against the ruling that was issued in absentia.

"This matter has become legally binding and the divorce certificate has been received," said Ummi Azma.

In this case, Renata is not demanding the division of joint property or community property. The focus of the lawsuit is solely on the divorce and the fulfillment of her children's needs.

"As for other claims, there is no community property. Only child custody and child support claims," concluded Ummi Azma.
