When met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Thursday night (27/5), Pasha clarified the news. According to him, the idea of running for the Jakarta Regional Election emerged shortly after Enda, who was said to be entering the world of politics through the same party as Pasha Ungu.

"Enda did ask a lot of questions, not just about that issue. Because we often discuss, in principle, we all have a political instinct, especially since we are also involved in politics," said Pasha Ungu.

"We all have political rights. So we all have political rights, have political instincts. It's just a matter of who wants to take a more active role," he said.

2. Regarding the Governor Candidate

In addition, regarding the news that he will run as a candidate for the Governor of DKI, Pasha Ungu apparently refused to confirm it. However, he said that in politics, anything can happen, opponents can become friends and vice versa. If he is indeed asked to run in the Jakarta Regional Election, Pasha said he will not refuse.

"That's what they're saying, but whether we will enter the race or not, that's not for us to decide. Later, maybe in 2023, it will become clear," he explained.

"We are cadres, ready to do whatever we are asked to do, we work, we are ready. We must be prepared. We must go down again," he concluded.
