Before accepting the role of Rani, Davina consulted with her family. Fortunately, they allowed it because it is part of professionalism as an actor.

"Of course, before accepting this, I had a long discussion with my family. I have never had a role or scene like this before and it is required in the movie. If the scene is needed and it makes sense, I don't mind," said Davina when met at Epicentrum XXI, Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, on Monday (10/6).

1. Feeling Awake and Safe While Shooting

During the process of shooting adult scenes with Deva Mahenra, Davina Karamoy admitted feeling very safe on set. Although it may appear vulgar, it is only a matter of camera angles.

"Technically, on set, it is really well-guarded and safe. During the shooting, the room is not filled with crew members, only the director or DOP. What appears vulgar in the movie is not like that in reality," said Davina.

2. Nervous Acting Opposite Deva Mahenra

Furthermore, Davina Karamoy admitted feeling nervous when she had to perform the scene with Deva Mahenra. However, gradually she was able to smoothly act according to the demands of the script.

"Of course, in the beginning, I was nervous. In order to build the character, I had to distance myself from the real Davina. Rani would behave that way because Aris is not just a brother-in-law but also someone she has a crush on," said the 21-year-old actress.
