Rizki shared this 4-month moment through Instagram. The event began with a water blessing as a symbol of purification. Hersa, as the expectant mother, sat cross-legged and was then poured with water by her husband, parents, and elders.
There was also a tradition of making rujak during the event. The rujak was then sold by Hersa.
The guests bought rujak as part of the traditional ceremony.
The next event was cracking a coconut, which was done by Rizki as the expectant father.
This is done to determine the gender of the prospective baby. However, the gender of Rizki and Hersa's future child is not revealed directly.
