The residence of actor Atalarik Syach in the Cibinong area, West Java, was executed by the Court of Cibinong on Thursday (15/5/2025). This execution is in accordance with the Supreme Court's verdict to vacate this land area of 5880 square meters. The land dispute has occurred between the Atalarik family and a man named Dede T since 2015. In 2016, the court declared that this land rightfully belongs to Dede T. However, the Atalarik side claimed that they had purchased this land and filed an appeal. But all claims from Teddy Syach's brother were rejected by the Supreme Court.

According to Dede T's legal counsel, they have invited Atalarik to mediate for 10 years but have always been ignored until they were rejected by the father of these two children.

Due to the lack of response and Arik, as Atalarik is called, wanting to appeal, Dede T's side requested the court's assistance to carry out the eviction of the land. Nevertheless, they still wanted to mediate before the house was demolished, but Arik's side continued to refuse.

Dede's side emphasized that if Atalarik truly wants peace and is willing to provide compensation, then there will be no eviction.

Previously, there was a discussion between Atalarik's side and Dede. Atalarik wanted to provide compensation but based on the land price from 2015. Meanwhile, it is now already 2025.

The Atalarik party feels strange because the Dede T party requested compensation at 10 PM, where they certainly cannot prepare the money. They asked for time to find a solution.

The Atalarik party said it would be better to have a written legal agreement so that everything is clear, and once again emphasized the need for time.
