The continuation of the trial regarding the death of Tamara Tyasmara's son, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, with the defendant Yudha Arfandi, was held again at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (29/7/2024). One of the witnesses in this trial was Tamara herself.

Tamara reprimanded Yudha Arfandi's lawyer when one of them asked about the chronology of when Dante was invited to swim by Yudha.
While explaining the chronology, Tamara suddenly asked Yudha's attorney not to smile.
"Don't smile, sir, my child has died, please be considerate of my feelings," Tamara admonished Yudha's attorney Arfandi.
Tamara's emotions escalated when Yudha's lawyer clarified the Minutes of Examination (BAP) that stated Tamara's relationship with the defendant was fine before Dante's death. However, in court, Tamara revealed that she had experienced abusive treatment from the defendant.
Next, the defendant's lawyer asked about Tamara's willingness to leave Dante with the defendant despite having experienced such abusive treatment. The BAP also mentioned chat contents that suggested Tamara was aware that the defendant and Dante went to the swimming pool.
Another question from lawyer Yudha regarding Tamara's habit of staying at the defendant's house also triggered Tamara's emotions. The lawyer also asked if there were any of Tamara's belongings left at the defendant's house.
When questioned again about her habit of staying at the defendant's house, Tamara emphasized that it had nothing to do with Dante's death.
