Now, Dea Ananda's pregnancy is 16 weeks along. She has already shown off her baby bump through a photo on Instagram. The happiness is evident from the couple who have been waiting for the arrival of their baby for 12 years.

Behind Dea Ananda and Ariel Nidji's success, there is still another tough struggle that must be faced. Through Instagram Story, Dea Ananda revealed that she has been experiencing blood thickening since early January. Because of that, she has to be very careful with her diet to avoid health problems.
"I've been taking ascardia because of the blood thickening.. since early January. Naturally, the food has to be cleaner.. and then yesterday, I ate a lot and had the idea to have lontong sayur for breakfast.. with a lot of coconut milk.. and I immediately felt weak. My muscles and joints in my hands and feet were very painful."
Dea Ananda shared many complaints she experienced due to one wrong meal. Not only muscle pain, but also headaches and feeling weak all over.

One single eating mistake made by Dea Ananda can indeed become a problem. Fortunately, the problem experienced by Dea can be immediately resolved with warm water and lemon juice. Therefore, Dea Ananda is reminding herself to maintain her eating habits.
"Today the pain has decreased, the headache has moved to the back of the right ear... then I drank warm water with lemon juice.. and it disappeared instantly.. alright, let's eat properly and not pretend to be smart," continued Dea Ananda.

As mentioned before, due to Dea Ananda's blood thickening, she also has to regularly receive DIVITI injections. Initially, she had to receive injections every night, but now it has been reduced to every three days.
Dea Ananda admitted that she used to be a weird child because she really liked getting injected, and she could even try acupuncture casually. However, since she encountered thick needles every day, she started to dislike injections.
"Since I was a child, I really liked it when I was being injected (a weird child)," wrote Dea Ananda on her Instagram Story.
"So during IVF, which means never-ending injections, even acupuncture was no big deal for me... but when I encountered DIVITI (which was initially every night but now reduced to every three days)... I started to dislike it," added Dea.

In addition to sharing her experience of pregnancy and blood thickening, Dea Ananda also expressed her admiration for her husband, Ariel Nidji. Dea shared that her husband never missed giving her injections.
"I really admire @arielnidji who initially couldn't give injections, learned from his mother who is a doctor, and has never missed giving injections since the beginning of IVF until now!" wrote Dea Ananda in a video Story about the injection process.
Ariel Nidji also comes home early to administer Dea's injections at 9 pm.
"When he's working.. at 8 pm he always rushes home for (injection emoticon) at 9 pm!" continued Dea with a clapping hands emoticon.
