"Aggravating circumstances: the defendant's actions tarnished the dignity of others, the defendant's actions caused national public unrest, the defendant has benefited from criminal activities, the defendant did not behave respectfully in court, the defendant was evasive during the trial, the defendant did not acknowledge their actions, the defendant has been previously convicted, the defendant did not respect the court proceedings," said the prosecutor.

Considering this, the public prosecutor is convinced that Nikita Mirzani has been proven legally and convincingly guilty of violating multiple articles, including the ITE Law and the TPPU Law. The sentence was read out clearly.

"Therefore, the sentence is imposed with a prison term of 11 years and a fine of 2 billion rupiah, with the provision that if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced with a detention period of 6 months," emphasized the public prosecutor.

In addition to imprisonment and fines, the public prosecutor also requested the panel of judges to order that the 39-year-old woman remain in custody.
