Prosecutor Reveals Nikita Mirzani Refused Examination by Specialist Doctor, Chief Judge Issues Strong Warning

According to the public prosecutor, based on the examination conducted by a general doctor at RS Adhyaksa, the condition of the mother of three children does not show signs of emergency that would require her to undergo intensive treatment in the hospital.

"Based on the physical examination by the general doctor, the patient's current condition shows no signs of emergency and there is no indication for hospitalization, so the patient can be treated on an outpatient basis," continued the public prosecutor.

Unsurprisingly, this statement from the public prosecutor immediately prompted a response from the presiding judge, Kairul Soleh. He openly issued a stern warning to Nikita Mirzani not to waste the opportunity given by the panel of judges in the future.

"And as the public prosecutor has mentioned, that is how the situation is, so please in the future make the best use of every opportunity given by the panel. So that it does not become considerations for the panel and the related parties," the presiding judge stated.

This health check is a follow-up from the previous hearing on August 7, 2025. At that time, Nikita admitted to being unwell with low blood pressure and had requested a postponement of the hearing, which was granted by the judge to give her a chance to seek treatment.

The atmosphere of this trial felt different from usual. Security measures appeared to be tighter, and even some media personnel were restricted from entering the main courtroom on the grounds of full capacity.
