In her statement to the media, Ira provided administrative information regarding the case submitted to the Central Jakarta Religious Court, including the schedule and registration number.
"Yes, on behalf of Muhammad Zidan bin Fahrudin, a divorce has been filed against Raisa binti Hamdan. It has indeed been registered at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. The registration date was Friday, August 21, 2026, with case number 1440/Pdt.G/2026/PA.JP. Since the one filing is the husband, Muhammad Zidan bin Fahrudin, this divorce is a talak divorce lawsuit," said Ira Puspita Sari to the media crew.

Regarding the litigation material, Ira emphasized that the court can only convey administrative matters, not the substance of the case. This includes questions regarding shared assets that may be contested in court.
"Entering into the substance of the matter, we cannot explain that. Because we can only explain when the trial starts and the case number," she continued.
The initial trial is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 09:00 WIB at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. Both parties are requested to attend the trial process according to the court's agenda.
"The trial will start on Tuesday, yes, September 1, 2026. At 09:00, the parties can register to attend the trial," concluded Ira Puspita Sari.
