Razman Nasution's lawyer visited the South Jakarta Metro Police to respond to the investigator's summons on Wednesday (14/1/2025). He attended to be examined as a victim and also as a reporter regarding the alleged abuse committed by Nikita Mirzani. Read more below!
"My arrival today is to respond to the investigator's summons that has been coordinated with Mr. Kapolres, Mr. Kasat, and Mr. Kanit for me to be examined as a victim. And also as a reporter regarding the abuse committed by Sister Nikita Mirzani Mawardi against me a few days ago," said Razman Nasution at the South Jakarta Police, Wednesday (14/1/2025).
Razman stated that Nikita openly admitted to her actions. Nikita even said that Razman deserved such treatment.
"It has also been acknowledged by the person concerned that she said not only is it deserved to be punched, punching in the terminology of the Indonesian language means hitting, right? And not only is it deserved to be punched, but also deserved to be stepped on," said Razman.
Razman stated that he has six pieces of evidence to support his report. The evidence includes videos, witness statements, and admissions from Nikita herself. "Yes. Complete. There are 6 pieces of evidence. I have a video. First, my video when I was bleeding, then my video after returning from RSPP Pertamina Central Hospital, I was interviewed by the media," said Razman.
In addition, Razman also revealed that two witnesses have provided statements. Other evidence in the form of a video of Nikita admitting to the act of abuse will also be included.
"Then the witness statements from me are two people. Then a video from NM herself admitting that she punched me. So later there will be more. Okay. That's enough. I will inform you later," he said.
Razman is known to appoint 33 lawyers to accompany this case. He explained that this number has been limited so that the situation does not become too crowded. "If I let these 33 lawyers, it could be hundreds. But I also don't want it to be too crowded inside," he said.
As a lawyer, he greatly respects the law. However, he regrets the abuse he suffered at the police station. "But remember, this is a lawyer who was beaten at a law enforcement office," said Razman.
Razman emphasized that he chose not to resist during the incident. However, he believes that if he had resisted, the situation could have been worse.
"This doesn't mean I couldn't hit him; I definitely could. Especially since he said he was ganged up on. If he was ganged up on, he would be finished. I think so," he said.
