Reading of Demands, Galih Ginanjar Demanded the Longest Compared to Rey and Pablo Benua

Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the Ikan Asin video case involving Galih Ginanjar and the married couple Pablo Benua and Rey Utami is being held again. The agenda of today's Monday hearing (23/3/2020) is the reading of demands by the Public Prosecutor.

During the reading, it turns out that the demands are different for each defendant. Pablo is demanded two years and six months reduced by the detention period. Meanwhile, Rey is demanded two years reduced by the detention period.

Then Galih Ginanjar is quite surprising because he received a demand of three years and six months reduced by the detention period. Each of them is fined 100 million rupiah.

1. Pablo Will Prepare a Surprise

When asked for comment regarding the demands of the Public Prosecutor, Pablo Benua simply accepted it because he has prepared himself mentally to hear whatever the outcome may be. Moreover, Rey's husband said he will give a surprise during the plea or defense reading session next week.

"Insha Allah satisfied (hearing the demands) because we have also prepared ourselves from the beginning. I think it is the best demand for us. We just need to ask for one week's time from the judge to provide a defense. I have a good surprise, we will see later," said Pablo when met at the South Jakarta District Court.

2. Galih Ginanjar Calm

Meanwhile, Galih Ginanjar appeared calm when hearing his demands longer than Pablo or Rey. He claimed to be ready to face whatever happens in front.

"If I face anything that will happen in front. If I have always been like that, just keep moving forward, just face it. The important thing is that I have prayed and entrusted it to the legal power. We'll see during the plea, I will leave it to the legal power," said the soap opera actor.
