If proven guilty, the 20-year-old man faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

"The article applied is Article 310 paragraph 3 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning traffic and road transportation regulations. The maximum penalty is 5 years," said Public Prosecutor Handri at the East Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (7/12/2021).
