Reported with Fraud Charges, Yadi Sembako: I Only Follow Gus Anom's Orders

After undergoing the examination, he expressed relief. Because he has made a statement regarding the chronology of why he was reported with a fraud charge of an empty check amounting to Rp 198 million by the owner of the event organizer named Muhammad Adri Permana, who is none other than his own friend.

"I am just clarifying why the report happened, I explain that the reporter is my friend, my colleague, why there was no payment, I am like an employee who receives orders from my commissioner (Gus Anom)," said Yadi Sembako.

As a subordinate, Yadi explained that he dared to make, sign a cooperation agreement with the EO party and give a blank check because he received orders from his superior, namely Gus Anom.

"I want to reveal the truth, from where this event took place, why there is a check, there is an agreement, I dare not if there are no orders, there is someone directing, namely my commissioner," said Yadi Sembako.

2. Regarding Good Name

Yadi said that he, who has worked hard to build an image throughout his career in the entertainment industry, will not destroy his own good name by committing fraud.

"Who wants to destroy a career starting from scratch, no one wants especially with the intention of cheating, I have no intention at all. I received directions, orders from the Commissioner. So, what the public and the media friends need to know is that I have no intention of committing the reported fraud," he said.

3. Still Responsible

However, Yadi admitted that he would take responsibility for the current issues.

"I am like a pilot, for example, if there is a delay, it is because my superior schedules it. But the pilot is still responsible for the passengers. That's what I do," he said.

For information, Yadi Sembako was reported by Muhammad Adri Permana as the Event Organizer for an alleged fraud case worth IDR 198 million related to an event organized by PT Gudang Artis on August 26, 2023, where Gus Anom served as a commissioner and Yadi Sembako as the Director of PT Gudang Artis. Yadi Sembako and Gus Anom gave a blank check to the Event Organizer at that time.
