Ressa Rizky Rossano Demands Denada to Acknowledge Him as Her Child Directly

The lawsuit for child acknowledgment filed by Ressa Rizky Rossano against Denada is still ongoing in court. Although Denada's legal representatives have issued a statement regarding Ressa's status, it has not provided peace for the plaintiff.

Ressa Rizky Rossano's lawyer, Andika Meigista Cahya, revealed that his client wants a definitive legal certainty. According to him, an acknowledgment in such a sensitive case must have a strong basis and be conveyed by the concerned party. Ressa feels that her rights as a child must be officially established through the applicable procedures.

"Yes, this acknowledgment cannot just be verbal; we are fighting for our client's rights. So our client's rights must be established. But that is what the lawyer is saying, not the concerned party," said Andika Meigista Cahya, Friday (30/1/2026).

Ressa Rizky Rossano herself is said to already know about the statement from the opposing party that went viral on social media. However, she remains steadfast in her decision to hear directly from Denada.

For her, the presence of the person concerned is far more important than just words from the legal team in front of the media.

"Yes, she doesn't just want it to be conveyed by her lawyer, but by the concerned party, the defendant. And a verbal acknowledgment is not enough. There are still many legal rights that must be fulfilled by the defendant," said Andika Meigista Cahya.

Until now, Ressa is still waiting for good faith from Denada to appear and provide a clarification that is truly honest. Ressa's side believes that the acknowledgment from the legal representative does not have a strong emotional or legal impact on the mother-child relationship they are fighting for.

"Yes, the first one is just ordinary because the one making the claim is not the person concerned but their legal representative," explained Andika Meigista Cahya.

Andika added that his client only wants the truth to be revealed transparently. Ressa's desire is considered very human because it concerns her origin and identity as a child.

This struggle will continue until there is a legally recognized acknowledgment. "Yes, absolutely," asserted Andika Meigista Cahya.
