Fortunately, Arap already has a production team that has been working with him on the Marapthon project. The team immediately began preparing the technical needs to ensure the broadcast during the tournament runs smoothly.
"I was just contacted last week. That was the first time. So the process is very much like building a temple, yes. Like building a temple, but fortunately because I already have a proper team, thank God from previous projects, namely Marapthon, I already have a dedicated and proper team," said Reza Arap when met at iNews Tower, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, Thursday (16/07/2026).
According to Arap, the main focus of the preparation is not on appearance, but on the readiness of the equipment and internet connection. He wants to ensure that the audience can enjoy the match without technical disruptions.
"All the tools are already proper, hopefully we can give our best. The preparation is more on the technical side, really more on the technical side. So what I hope for is just technical, everything is safe, the internet is safe, that’s the most crucial part," he explained.
The AFF Cup 2026 tournament is scheduled to take place from July 24 to August 26, 2026. In collaboration with MNC Media, the musician and content creator will broadcast the Southeast Asian football tournament for free through his personal YouTube channel.
