The moment of Indonesia's Independence Day always brings its own joy to many people, including the famous YouTuber Ria Ricis. In this year's August 17th celebration, the mother of one not only participated in the festivities but also managed to win several trophies from various competitions she took part in.

The 30-year-old woman enthusiastically shared her victories. She claimed to have won first place twice and second place once in the competitions held.

"Today was really fun, I also participated in a competition. I won, you know, I got first place twice and second place once," she said in Bintaro, Tangerang, on Saturday (23/8/2025).

Even so, the gifts she received were not kept for herself. Humbly, Ricis decided to donate all those gifts to the parents of other students who also participated in the event.

Not only herself, but her beloved child, Cut Raifa Aramoana, also participated in the excitement of the competition. According to Ricis, Moana successfully won the rope running competition she joined.

"Moana won, she just participated in a running competition, right, the rope running competition earlier," she revealed.

For Ria Ricis, involving Moana in competitions from an early age is not just about seeking victory. More than that, she wants to instill a competitive spirit and sportsmanship in her daughter.

According to her, children need to be taught about struggle and accepting results, whether winning or losing. She even admitted that Moana does not always win every race at her school.

Once, Moana lost a running competition, and Ricis taught that it is not a big deal.

"She (Moana) is sportsmanlike. Sometimes at school she doesn't always win. She lost once during a running competition, she lost and that's okay, and that's fine," she explained.
