Roby Geisha Arrested Again for Drugs, This is Regina Poetiray's Response as the Vocalist

Kapanlagi.com - Roby Satria alias Roby Geisha, who is a guitarist for the band Geisha, was recently arrested for drug-related charges. This is the third time Roby has been caught in the same case.

The vocalist, Regina Poetiray, finally spoke out about the case that is affecting one of their members. She explained that despite Roby's absence, Geisha's schedule is still running as usual.

"Fortunately, Geisha is still on going despite the case that happened yesterday, our schedules are still running smoothly," said Regina Poetiray when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (30/3).

"Yesterday we also returned from Batam for an off-air show and this morning we just finished a television station appearance, and tomorrow we have another one. So for now, thankfully everything is on going and still busy," she continued.

1. Will There Be a Replacement for Roby?

Regina Poetiray also explained that for now, Roby's position is temporarily replaced by an additional player who has been there for a long time.

"If it's for the guitar position in Geisha, we already have an additional player who is a guitarist. As for Roby's position, he is a songwriter for Geisha and if asked if there is a replacement for him or how Roby is doing, well, Roby is still in Geisha," she explained.

2. Roby Remains in Geisha

She also emphasized that Roby will not leave and will remain in Geisha. Moreover, because Roby plays an important role in Geisha as a songwriter.

"We are still the four of us in Geisha - Roby, Regina, Nard, and Dhan. Roby will always remain in our hearts, within Geisha. He won't leave so far. Roby is still Geisha and Geisha is still Roby," said Regina Poetiray.

3. Encouragement for Roby

However, unfortunately until now the Geisha members have not had the opportunity to visit Roby. But they always pray and give encouragement to Roby.

"We haven't been able to visit, haven't been able to directly contact kak Roby. But if we are allowed to visit, we definitely want to, miss him so much," said Regina Poetiray.

"We will definitely continue to support kak Roby through his younger brother, give encouragement, prayers, support, and we hope kak Roby can resolve this properly and truly recover completely. That's what we hope for," she concluded.

4. Legal Process Continues

The police will continue the legal process against Roby Geisha until the drug abuse case is completed.

"Going forward, the process will be normative. We will complete the file and then bring it to the Prosecutor's Office," concluded Achmad Akbar.
