Kapanlagi.com - As known, NCT DREAM had an average age of 15 years old during their debut with the digital single 'Chewing Gum'. Known as a teenage group, they have grown up and now represent a young group.
Now all members of NCT DREAM have become adults. Releasing their second full album titled 'GLITCH MODE', the members revealed what moments made them feel more mature.
One member showed what makes them feel mature. Apparently, it has to do with recognizing the cool side of each person.
"I feel like we became adults when we all recognized our cool side. Seeing that also makes me feel like we are really much more mature than our debut. Aki also believes that we can work hard for the album and present an amazing MV and performance," said JENO.
As for JAEMIN, he admits that he and the other NCT DREAM members have indeed experienced growth. However, they have not lost their childlike side.
"Personally, I think we have shown growth from Chewing Gum with a teenage concept to now. The members have worked hard together all this time and can release GLITCH MODE thanks to NCTzens. Nevertheless, we still play like children when we're together," explained JAEMIN.
MARK revealed that he has seen NCT DREAM become more mature since their debut with Chewing Gum, and he believes that they are a group that is always progressing. Through their album GLITCH MODE, NCT DREAM shows a more mature side than their HOT SAUCE era. Moreover, the oldest member feels that he and the other members are also becoming more mature mentally.
"When preparing the album, we worked with the mindset of wanting to deliver the best performance, and I think that can be found in our music. Also, I think the constant challenge is the color that shapes NCT DREAM," continued MARK.
For JISUNG, the most noticeable development is the color of NCT DREAM's music. Through this album, the members also grew up during the process.
"Personally, I feel that the development of the group is the color of NCT DREAM's music. If you listen to Chewing Gum, you will think that we are cute kids like we used to be, but if you listen to Glitch Mode, you will see that we have become much more mature since our debut. We also feel that we are growing up together with the albums (released)," said JISUNG.
