Ruben Onsu Files for Divorce, Sarwendah's Side Says to Wait for the Court Date

Kapanlagi.com - Sarwendah's side speaks out regarding the divorce lawsuit filed by Ruben Onsu at the South Jakarta District Court. This information was previously conveyed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court and confirmed by Sarwendah's legal representative, Chris Sam Siwu.

"So the information that media colleagues obtained from the public relations of the South Jakarta District Court is true, there is a lawsuit from RSO (Ruben Samuel Onsu) against our client, Sarwendah," said Chris Sam Siwu at the Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (20/6/2024).

"However, until now there is not much we can disclose," he continued.

Chris Sam Siwu revealed that they have not provided much further information regarding Sarwendah's marital problems. Moreover, their client is currently abroad.

1. Good Communication

"We are still waiting and coordinating with Sarwendah, she is still abroad. So we haven't received any confirmation, especially regarding the hearing on July 9th. So we just ask for your prayers," he said.

Nevertheless, Chris Sam Siwu stated that the communication between his party and Ruben Onsu's legal counsel is going well. Not only between lawyers, the communication between Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu is also going well.

"Our communication with Sarwendah's legal counsel to RSO is good, and Sarwendah's communication with RSO is very good," he said.

2. Closed Hearing

Therefore, Chris Sam Siwu hopes that the current issues faced by Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu will find a good resolution.

"With good communication, we hope for a good outcome. So even though it's a divorce case, we all hope for an outcome that benefits all parties," he said.

The first divorce hearing of Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah will be held on July 9th. Chris stated that the first hearing will be conducted in a closed and private manner.

"What happens in the courtroom should stay in the courtroom, the nature of this hearing is closed and private. We will wait for the official announcement of the hearing date," he concluded.
