Kokoro Urin was then given time to rest from group activities. The performance of Mazari scheduled for February 25-26, 2025, was adjusted without her presence.

Kokoro Urin was seen still carrying out her activities as a member of Mazari a few days before her passing. She was seen sitting in a chair alone while posing for a photo with her group mates and the fans present. To minimize movement that could worsen her injury, Kokoro Urin had to perform using a chair on stage.

Mazari also had a performance scheduled for February 23, 2025. However, Kokoro Urin was canceled from attending due to experiencing pain in her back.

Before making her debut with Mazari, Kokoro Urin was a member of the group Miracle Fanfare under the stage name Otonashi Urin. She joined on June 5, 2022, and ended her activities simultaneously with the other members on September 6, 2024.

On September 23, 2024, Kokoro Urin was reintroduced to the public as a member of Mazari, a J-Pop idol group that focuses on the theme of curses. The member, born on November 2, made her first appearance with Mazari on stage at Nagoya X-HALL on October 11, 2024.
