After a long silence, Sandra Dewi has recently filed an objection against the seizure of her assets and properties. As is known, Sandra Dewi's assets were also seized in the corruption case involving the management of tin commodities that ensnared her husband, Harvey Moeis.

"Indeed, there is currently an ongoing hearing regarding the objection to the asset seizure filed by Sandra Dewi in the corruption case of Harvey Moeis (her husband)," said Andi Saputra, spokesperson for the Central Jakarta District Court, to the media on Monday (20/10).

The applicants in objection number 7/PID.SUS/OBJECTION/TPK/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst are Sandra Dewi, Kartika Dewi, and Raymon Gunawan. Meanwhile, the respondent in this objection is the public prosecutor at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.

"The object of the objection, the Applicants request the return of assets seized by the state," added Andi.

Furthermore, Sandra Dewi's party emphasized that her wealth and assets were obtained legally through endorsements, personal purchases, and gifts that are not related to criminal acts of corruption.

This objection hearing has entered the evidence presentation agenda by presenting experts on Friday (17/10) last week.

"The session is led by the chair of the council, Rios Rahmanto. The session is still on the agenda of evidence presentation, the last session of expert examination. Whether the objection request will be granted or not is the authority of the panel of judges who will assess it," said Andi.

When testifying for Harvey in the Jakarta Corruption Court, Sandra Dewi mentioned that she and Harvey had made a separation of property agreement. She also claimed not to know about any deposits in foreign currency owned by Harvey.

It is known that the panel of judges of the Jakarta Corruption Court decided to confiscate all assets belonging to Harvey Moeis for the sake of the state. However, this decision sparked controversy because some of the confiscated assets also belong to Sandra Dewi.

Harvey Moeis's legal team emphasized that both parties have signed a separation of property agreement, making this action deemed unfair to Sandra Dewi, who is not involved in the case at all.
