Sapri Pantun Passes Away, This is the Unfulfilled Wish of the Late

Kapanlagi.com - The death of comedian Sapri Pantun brings deep sorrow to colleagues, relatives, and also his family. One of them is Ustaz Zacky Mirza. He admitted to being shocked when he heard that Sapri had passed away. He even thought it was a hoax.

"I was having an iftar event, afraid that it was a hoax because there was also news yesterday, but when it was updated on social media and Pesbukers, I finally went," said Zacky Mirza when paying his respects at the funeral home in Cipulir, Jakarta, Monday night (10/5/201).

1. Want to Perform Umrah

According to Zacky Mirza, the last time he met the deceased was before the Covid-19 outbreak. At that time, Sapri expressed his desire to go for Umrah.

"I met him before Covid in Cirebon, I gave a sermon, he became the host, around January 2020. He told me, 'Brother, take me for Umrah'. I have invited Bang Yadi, Kiwil before. Since then, he often messaged me on WhatsApp, 'When will I go for Umrah?' (I said) later, God willing, because Umrah will be canceled (due to Covid-19). God willing, if there is fate and it's reopened," said Zacky Mirza remembering the late Sapri.

2. Finding a Replacement

Therefore, Zacky Mirza intends to fulfill the late Sapri's dream by finding a substitute who will dedicate their rewards to the late Sapri.

"The late Sapri really wanted to perform umrah, hopefully, you all are willing to substitute him for umrah because he really wanted to perform umrah and as far as I know, he hasn't performed umrah until now," said Zacky Mirza.
