Siskaeee Sentenced to One Year in Prison, Touched by the Continued Support

Kapanlagi.com - Controversial influencer Siskaeee has been sentenced to one year in prison related to a local pornographic film case that implicated her name. The verdict was read by the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (21/10).

Judge Sri Rejeki Marsinta stated that Siskaeee was found guilty of violating Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

"To impose a sentence on the defendants with each receiving one year in prison," said Judge Sri Rejeki while reading the verdict.

Siskaeee, along with eight other female actors, is involved in this case. Among them are FCNS alias S, Anisa Tasya Amelia alias Melly 3GP or ATA alias M, Virly Virginia or VV, Putri Lestari alias Jessica or PPL, NL alias Caca Novita or CN, Zafira Sun or ZS, Arella Bellus or ALP alias AB, MS, and SNA.

1. Sentenced to Similar Punishment

In addition, two male actors, Bima Prawira (BP) and Fatra Ardianata (AFL), were also sentenced to similar punishment. The judge emphasized that there is no reason or justification for the actions taken by the defendants.

"The actions of the defendants clearly violate the law and there is no acceptable justification," said Judge Sri Rejeki.

Upon hearing the verdict, Siskaeee could not hold back her tears. She admitted to being moved because despite facing legal troubles again, many people still provided her with moral support.

2. Very Touched

"Yes, I cried out of emotion, Siska still receives a lot of support from friends. Also from you media friends, and those behind the scenes, from my production house as well," said Siskaeee after the trial.

"I am very touched because there are still many who want to defend Siska when others are not there to support her," she continued.

3. Expressing Gratitude

In addition to support from fans and close friends, Siskaeee also expressed her gratitude for the support from colleagues in the entertainment industry, which remains despite her legal issues.

Regardless of her legal case, Siskaeee hopes to improve herself and get a second chance to achieve a better life in the future.
