This report is related to allegations of fraud regarding the gold content of jewelry distributed to a store. In her statement, attorney Angie Lie said that her client suffered losses of hundreds of millions of rupiah.

The business relationship between Angie Lie and Hans Vigoro has been going on for about three years. However, in December 2021, Angie Lie was surprised when she received complaints from her client about the gold content of the jewelry when she wanted to pawn it.

"Suddenly, many people said sorry to me that the gold content was low, faded, etc. It turned out to be incorrect. Because we were curious after we got the certificate, why there was 18, why there was 14, it seemed like there was manipulation. That's why we checked it at the lab, and it turned out that we got 6K or 9K. The gold content also did not match the certificate, and this is massive fraud," said Angie.

"The response we received was that the person concerned did not see any regret for his actions, nor did he apologize to my client. That's what made us finally think that there was no good faith and he even just said that it was a mistake in the certificate and so on," said Sendi Sanjaya.

"Well, basically all the evidence is with us, later we will present it to the investigators. But clearly the initial sign to be able to take legal action is to make a police report first.
