Vincent Raditya Reported to Polda Metro Jaya Regarding Alleged Fraud Case of Oxtrade Binary Option

Kapanlagi.com - Vincent Raditya reported to the police for alleged fraud of Oxtrade binary option. Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations Division Head Kombes Endra Zulpan confirmed that the former pilot who is also a YouTuber was reported with case number LP/B/1665/III/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated March 31, 2022.

"There is a report, we have received the report, so the investigators from Jakarta Metro Police will study it and then of course will examine the complainant with the evidence they have," said Endra Zulpan at Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (1/4/2022).

"Later, if there are elements of proof and so on, of course we will develop it for investigation and so on. But I can confirm that there is a report. And we have received it," added Zulpan.

1. Will Be Questioned

Zulpan revealed that they will summon Vincent Raditya for questioning. For now, the police are still studying the report.

"Later there will be stages, we will examine the complainant regarding the evidence they have. Here, it is reported as fraud and embezzlement and so on," he said.

Vincent Raditya was reported by Federico Fandy on Thursday (31/3/2022) for alleged fraud in binary option Oxtrade. Zulpan has not confirmed whether this case is the same as Doni Salmanan's or not.

"Regarding the investment or the element, of course, there will be further stages of investigation and inquiry regarding the examination of the accused, Captain Vincent," said Zulpan.

"I cannot confirm it yet because no examination has been conducted yet, okay. It is fraud and embezzlement for now because of the investment," Zulpan concluded.
