In the Glitch Mode dance, NCT DREAM showcases a highlight choreography where they appear to be 'buffering'. Apparently, the meaning behind the dance is when someone is buffering while falling in love.
"We play two different roles in the MV, one as a game store employee and the other as a cupid. As seen in the MV, it's so much fun even though there is a 'buffering' scene when falling in love. I hope you enjoy watching it," said CHENLE.

RENJUN tells the behind-the-scenes process of their take for the Korean dance 'buffering'. The 22-year-old idol, who recently celebrated his birthday on March 23, was very impressed with both the shooting process and the final result.
"There's also a 'buffering' part in the dance scene, which we recorded on location by playing the song 0.5 times slower but showing it 2 times faster in the MV. This makes the 'buffering' scene more dramatic. It will be very fun to watch the dance scene because we look like we're buffering," said RENJUN.

MARK revealed that even though it was his first time watching the MV for 'Glitch Mode' after the CG effects were added, he immediately saw the match between the song and the video. Surely fans feel the same way, right?
"This is the first time we've seen an MV that's been edited with CG. The song itself is already interesting, and then many visual features are added. This is truly a video that matches and adds charm when listening to the song while watching the MV," explained MARK about the 'Glitch Mode' music video in a press conference on Monday (March 28, 2022).

Glitch Mode is a hip hop song with a chant in the chorus. The lyrics of this song describe someone who is fixated on seeing their crush. MARK's participation in writing the rap for this song adds to its appeal. The music video for Glitch Mode also expresses a unique story about someone falling in love and becoming Glitch Mode.
