Successful in Managing Educational Business, Ustaz Yusuf Mansur: We Don't Know Ups and Downs

Kapanlagi.com - Ustaz Yusuf Mansur succeeded in running an educational business by starting the establishment of Pesantren Daarul Quran in 2003. Now Daarul Quran is rapidly growing by providing education from early childhood education, kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, to higher education.

"Alhamdulillah, Daarul Quran continues to grow with the prayers of all friends and viewers throughout Indonesia. Now we finally have campuses. The most recent one is Institut Daarul Quran, which is celebrating its 2nd anniversary today," he said at Institut Daarul Quran, Cipondoh, Tangerang, on Saturday (5/3/2022).

According to Yusuf Mansur, in managing educational business, he admits to never experiencing ups and downs. He develops his business in a different way, which is by having faith.

"We don't know ups and downs, we only know to rise. We don't have the words 'joys and sorrows,' we only have joys. So the use of this vocabulary is important. That's what makes us confident," he said.

1. Yusuf Mansur University

A man known for having high dreams plans to one day leave his mark on his own university. In the near future, he will inaugurate Yusuf Mansur University.

"There is STMIK Antar Bangsa campus that will eventually transform into Yusuf Mansur University. I used to joke about wanting to go to UGM (Gadjah Mada University) or UYM (Yusuf Mansur University). Turns out, that joke was a prayer. Yusuf Mansur University will be established," he said.

2. Talking About Wirda

In addition, Yusuf also talked about his daughter, Wirda Mansur, who recently became the talk of the town for allegedly committing public deception by including Oxford University as her alma mater on her LinkedIn account. However, she never graduated from that university.

Not only that, Wirda also became a topic of gossip for claiming to have studied at 4 universities, namely Oxford University, Raffles University, University of Buckingham, and Daarul Quran Institute.

3. Wirda Often Changes Schools

Apparently, Yusuf Mansur has accustomed Wirda to seeking knowledge and experience since she was in elementary school. He mentioned that his daughter moved schools in various countries.

"I started pushing Wirda when she was in elementary school. When she was in junior high school, she started moving countries until the longest period at Jordan University," he said when met at the Daarul Quran Institute, Tangerang, on Saturday (5/3/2022).

Knowing that his eldest daughter became a topic of conversation, Ustaz Yusuf Mansur clarified the matter in detail.

Regarding Oxford University, Yusuf Mansur stated that his daughter did not engage in public deception. Because his daughter's LinkedIn account was not created directly by Wirda.

5. Not a Lie

"Wirda has been in Oxford City since the end of high school. The mistake was that one of the directors of Paytren put on LinkedIn that Wirda is an Oxford alumni. In fact, no one claimed to be an Oxford alumni. Wirda is just starting. Besides, why would she lie? Maybe if it's a joke or a dream, it's okay. It's like past tense, so it's like she's already there. It could be seen as a prayer, maybe. Even though it sounds like a lie to others, it's okay," she said.
