Suffering from Bipolar and Consuming Hard Drugs, Medina Zein Does Not Breastfeed Her Second Child at All

Kapanlagi.com - To treat her bipolar disorder since 2016, Medina Zein consumes medication. One of them is a sedative drug that contains amphetamines, which later led to her arrest by the police for being classified as narcotics.

Medina admits that the medication is prescribed by a doctor. "Directly from the doctor," she said during a press conference today, Friday, (3/1).

However, she refuses to mention the name of the medication she consumes. And Medina also claims that she has only taken it a few times, so the substance was not found when the police examined her hair.

1. Not Giving Breast Milk

Due to her condition of bipolar disorder and having to take medication, Medina did not give breast milk to her child. Currently, she has a 3-month-old baby who is still breastfeeding.

"No, no. From the beginning, I was not allowed to give breast milk to my child because I have bipolar disorder and the medication is strong. Yes, (I drink) formula milk," she explained.

2. Missing Her Child

During her detention at the Metro Jaya Police, Medina admitted to missing her two children. She often cries thinking about her two beloved ones.

"I miss them so much. That's what I cry about every day. Thankfully, their condition is healthy. The first one just finished circumcision. The second child can already speak," she said.
