Unfortunately, in February 2022, the Tangerang District Court issued a verdict rejecting the entire lawsuit. The reason was that the panel of judges was passive, so Wenny had to prove her claim herself.

Following the decision issued by the Tangerang District Court, Wenny Ariani then filed an appeal to the Banten High Court. This step resulted in Rezky Aditya being declared as the biological father of Kekey in May 2022.
This determination led Rezky to file a cassation to the Supreme Court. After waiting for months, the Supreme Court issued a verdict rejecting the cassation of Citra Kirana's husband in June.

Upon the decision of the Supreme Court, Wenny Ariani expressed her happiness and gratitude. After a long journey of two years, her child finally received justice.
"She is happy and grateful because there is finally a result after a long struggle. The struggle so far has not been in vain," said Ferry Aswan, Wenny's legal representative, when met in the Fatmawati area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (13/6/2023).
