Suspected of Committing Assault Against Deanni Ivanda, Dio Alif Utama Tells the Chronology of the Incident

Kapanlagi.com - Deanni Ivanda, a woman who claims to be an employee of Chintami Atmanegara, reported Dio Alif Utama for alleged assault. In a recent press conference, Dea claimed that Chintami's only son hit her until she fell.

However, Dio and his family immediately denied the accusation. Accompanied by his legal counsel, Dio revealed the actual incident.

"I clearly deny (the act of assault) because it's funny, why would I help someone if I'm going to harm them," said Dio Alif when met in Permata Hijau, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (9/23).

From his confession, Dio didn't commit any physical assault at all. On the contrary, it was Dea who caused damage to Dio's belongings, including his car.

1. Dea Breaks the Glass

Dio revealed that at that time he was coming to visit his father. Just before leaving, Deanni suddenly came, followed by Chintami.

Dio then listened to the conversation between his mother and Dea. There, Dio admitted that Dea always fought against Chintami. Shortly after Chintami gave advice, Dea then hit the glass until it broke.

"When my mother happened to come down, there was a glass jar, not a flower vase, that was hit (by Dea) so that the glass shards hit Hugo's (Alif's friend) leg," said Dio Alif.

2. Call Security

Seeing Deanni's behavior, Dio then called security and asked them to take Dea out of the house. However, instead of leaving, Dea seemed to challenge Dio back.

"Then I said Dea, please pack your things and come down nicely while being held by the security. But she didn't want to, she said 'who are you, who are you'. I said 'I'll count to three, if you don't come down, we'll have to carry you'. I counted to three, but she lifted her chin as if challenging and said 'I don't want to leave, what are you going to do?'", he explained.

3. Not Pushed and Hit

In the report accused by Deanni, she admitted that Dio hit and pushed her until she fell. However, according to Dio, he did not do it at all. 

In fact, Dio admitted that his face accidentally hit Dea's elbow when she resisted being carried and taken outside. 

"Because I was disturbed by this person, we lifted her up, I happened to lift her by the thigh, but because she resisted, my face got hit by her elbow, got hit here (face), so I let go (of my grip) and because she was near the stairs, she slipped, not rolled over like she said," Dio explained.

"Then she turned back to me, because I was still in pain, I reflexively pushed her. But there was one security guard near me who was holding her," he said.
