In a video played during a press conference at SCTV Tower, Jakarta, on Friday (14/8/2026), she shared the news of her return to the television stage.

"It has been a long time since I met the SCTV audience. This time I will return with an extra ordinary appearance," said Syahrini.

She also emphasized that she has prepared the details of her performance for this debut moment on viewers' screens. "I will prepare the best costume for my debut appearance on viewers' screens. So stay tuned," said Syahrini.

1. Back to SCTV Screen: Time and Concept of Appearance

The news of Syahrini's comeback was announced through a video presentation at the SCTV 36 Xtraordinary press conference held at SCTV Tower, Jakarta, on Friday (14/8/2026). She emphasized that she will appear differently in this moment.

Syahrini, known for a series of hits including "Sesuatu", mentioned that costume preparation is one of her main focuses to present a fresh stage for SCTV viewers.

In addition to announcing a performance concept that she calls "extra ordinary", Syahrini asked the audience to look forward to surprises that she has prepared for her debut stage at the SCTV anniversary celebration.

2. Iconic Moments That Are Still Remembered

Syahrini's closeness with SCTV is said to have been established for a long time. SCTV's Deputy Programming, Banardi Rachmat, recalled one of the moments that is still vivid in the public's mind.

He recounted the moment when Syahrini draped flowers around David Beckham's neck, which became widely talked about and became synonymous with the singer's impact during her time.

"That was a long time ago. I remember when Syahrini draped flowers around David Beckham. And it was really sensational. Syahrini had the power to make things go viral in her time," Banardi said.

Vice President Creative IEP, Indra Mulyanto, outlined the format of Syahrini's performance on SCTV 36 Xtraordinary. He mentioned that there will be a special segment before the singer takes the stage.

According to Indra, the SCTV soap opera cast will first perform a tribute featuring popular songs by Syahrini. After that, Syahrini will introduce her latest work for the first time on television, while also chatting on stage.

"We will create a special segment, we will do a tribute first where the SCTV soap opera cast will sing Syahrini's songs. Then she will sing her new song, performed for the first time on television. In that segment, we will talk with her," explained Indra.

4. Collaboration with Lesti Kejora

In addition to her solo performance, Syahrini is also scheduled to collaborate with Lesti Kejora in one of the segments. This collaboration was announced during the same occasion.

Lesti revealed her involvement alongside several singers on the celebration stage. "I am collaborating with Syahrini and brother Afgan," said Lesti Kejora during the same opportunity.
