Tantri Kotak Tells the Incident of Falling from the Stage During a Concert in Cianjur, Feeling Pain After Several Days

Kapanlagi.com - Tantri Kotak tells the surprising experience she had while performing with her band in Cianjur, West Java. The incident started when Tantri, who was shaking hands with fans, fell from the stage due to an unexpected pull.

According to Tantri, the audience showed great enthusiasm throughout the concert. She was impressed by the audience's spirit and decided to show appreciation by shaking hands.

"The performance was normal, and the audience was very enthusiastic, singing from the beginning to the end. I noticed that they were really excited, singing from the beginning to the end, so I wanted to show my appreciation. But the distance was far," she said when met in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Thursday (19/7/2024).

"So I allowed it, and we shook hands but couldn't reach each other. They climbed on someone's shoulders, and we tried to reach. During the second attempt, I don't know why, maybe because it wasn't balanced, they pulled and I was in an unsafe position, so I fell from the stage," Tantri continued.

1. New Pain After Several Days

After falling, Tantri did not feel any immediate visible injuries. The new pain was felt after several days.

"There was no visible sign from the outside. Because on the first day, I didn't feel anything due to adrenaline, but the next day, after performing, the pain started to appear," said Tantri.

Tantri also revealed that she did not immediately seek medical attention because of the tight schedule for the next performance.

"Because of the tight schedule, I didn't go to the doctor. So, after the second performance, I went for a check-up. When you fall, there is trauma in the body," Tantri explained.

2. No Time to Reconcile Directly

Regarding the fan who accidentally caused her to fall, Tantri said that the fan did not have a chance to apologize directly. She also added that there was news from her colleagues that the fan was approached by the security team.

"When I turned around after reaching the stage, I said, 'Don't beat him up, I'm fine.' Then, he was pulled back, I don't know what happened to him," she concluded.
